Ensure your Mentee executes their grant successfully, earning them the Certificate of Competence.

You must mandate mastery in these four pillars.

You will teach them to stop complaining and start leading. You will instruct them on grassroots organizing and structural contribution.

LEADERSHIP

You will enforce internal governance before they attempt to govern others. You will model absolute extreme ownership.

ENTERPRISE

You will ruthlessly audit their business models. You will demand economic resilience and undeniable value creation.

FAMILY

You will remind them that emotional intelligence and structural stability in the household are the prerequisites for societal success.

You will not accept effort; you will only accept execution. If a mentee fails to meet the standard, you must be willing to suspend their funding immediately.

03. PROTECT THE CAPITAL

The foundation's treasury is sacred. You are the gatekeeper. You must ensure every single disbursement yields a measurable return in competence or enterprise.
